Availability and dispatch

Each pre-owned piece is unique. Before we confirm an order, we check that the item is still available and review the delivery and payment details. After confirmation, we normally dispatch within 2–5 business days. We will provide shipment details when the parcel leaves us.

Delivery estimates

For Hong Kong addresses, delivery usually takes 1–2 days after dispatch; international delivery usually takes 7–10 days. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Local parcels are normally sent with SF Express and overseas parcels with EMS or another suitable tracked service. Public holidays, customs checks, severe weather and other circumstances outside our control may extend these times.

Shipping charges and import costs

Hong Kong: HK$80 (approx. US$10.26) for delivery. Free delivery when the item subtotal exceeds HK$1,000 (approx. US$128.21).
Other supported destinations: HK$500 (approx. US$64.10) for delivery. Free delivery when the item subtotal exceeds HK$8,000 (approx. US$1,025.64).
USD amounts are estimates for reference. Delivery charges and free-delivery thresholds are in HKD. Mainland China follows the rate for other supported destinations. Product prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). At checkout, we convert the item subtotal to HKD to assess the threshold and show your delivery charge and total in HKD before you continue to payment. Import duties, taxes and customs handling charges are separate from shipping and are the recipient's responsibility unless we expressly say otherwise. We declare parcels in accordance with applicable customs requirements. Please check the rules in your destination before ordering and contact us before refusing a delivery.
