Information we collect

When you visit this site, our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details and request logs to deliver and protect the site. Your shopping bag is stored in your browser so it can be remembered on the same device. If you contact us, we receive the details you choose to provide and our correspondence with you. When you check out online, Stripe collects your payment details on its hosted checkout page. We receive information needed for your order, such as your email address, recipient name, delivery address and payment status.

How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, maintain site security, improve the browsing experience and meet applicable legal obligations. We also use order information to verify payment, confirm and fulfil your order, arrange delivery, send order updates, and provide after-sales support. We do not use information provided for a service enquiry to send marketing unless you have separately opted in.

Service providers and transfers

We share information only where needed with providers that host and protect the site, support our communications, process payments, or help us fulfil and deliver orders, and where disclosure is required by law. Those providers may process data in other locations. We do not publish your personal information as part of the product catalogue.

Storage and your choices

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, including security, records and legal duties. You can clear the locally stored shopping bag through your browser settings. Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or object to certain uses. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Children, other websites and updates

This site is not intended for children. Links to other sites are governed by those sites' own privacy notices. We may revise this notice when our services or legal requirements change. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@reluxedit.com.
